Policies

Checking-In/Checking-Out:

Check-in time is 4pm at the office/front desk. But if you get here earlier, you can launch your boat at the public boat launch and check with office/dock staff for your assigned boat slip.  You can also come grab lunch or a drink at the bar and restaurant and enjoy the view of the lake from the deck or screen porch!

However, in order to make sure we are able to maintain our high cleaning standards, the cabins will not be ready until 4pm. 
Check-out time is at 10am.  Please let Arrowhead staff know if you’d like to settle your tab the night before or the morning of your departure.

Reservations/Deposits/Cancellations:

Please call us to make your reservation.  We require a non-refundable 50% deposit to reserve your stay. If for some reason, you are not able to keep your reservation, please let us know 60 days in advance and we will hold your deposit for another date in the same calendar year.  Refunds will not be given for early departures.

Pet Policy:

  • We are a pet friendly resort.  While we LOVE pets, some folks do not.  So please follow these guidelines when bringing your pet to Arrowhead.
  • We charge a $250 refundable pet deposit and a $20/day pet fee.
  • Pets must be controlled and kept on leash at all times (this includes in the yard and on the dock).
  • Pick up all pet debris/waste daily.
  • Pet’s are not allowed on any furniture/beds in the cabins.
  • Unfortunately, due to our restaurant, we do not allow pets in the lodge.
